I am 49 years old, a 21 year veteran of the Los Angeles County Sheriff Department. I currently hold the rank of sergeant and am assigned to the Homeland Security Division at Transit Services Bureau.

I have been a resident of the San Fernando Valley for the past 35+ years. A resident of the Valley Glen area for over 9 years. I am married and have a 5 year old son. My hobbies include playing baseball and golf. I enjoy collecting baseball cards and attending sporting events. I also enjoy spending time away from work with my family, traveling.

One of the goals that I have set for myself since winning the resident seat is to improve public safety and get the neighborhood more involved with respect to reducing crime. Helping residents to get to know their next door neighbor and becoming a community is another goal. Establish more Neighborhood Watch groups and enlist residents to become more involvement in their community.
