I am a family man with two grandchildren, three adult sons and a daughter entering the college scene. My wife Jobina is a teacher at Hazeltine Elementary School in Van Nuys. Beside her teaching talents, she has written a how-to book on communications. I love to play keyboard where I create original musical compositions

I received my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from California State University-Northridge. Spent two years in the U.S. Armed Forces and began my work history with Lorillard Corporation as a Sales Representative - Los Angeles, CA. I was promoted to Assistant Division Manager - New Orleans, Louisiana. Then I was promoted to Assistant Product Brand Manager-Corporate offices in New York and moved from sales to advertising and new product testing and introduction. Family issues called me back to California where I worked as an account executive for Municicorp Of California, Century City, CA. My last employment was with a Multi-Magazine Publishing Company where I networked directly with clients to develop and support their advertising needs and objectives. While there, I was asked to train and develop potential sales personnel and create telemarketing programs relating to specific publishing goals.

Clubs and organizations I have or had an association with include: California Shriners, Knights of Pythias, and a member of the Supervisory Committee for Merriam Federal Credit Union which recently merged with Matador Federal Credit Union.
